Shareholder disclosure filings for September 9 show notable position changes among several Hong Kong-listed companies.

Shijiazhuang Yiling Pharmaceutical Co Ltd (02005) saw its stake held by China Pharmaceutical Company Limited increase from 913 million shares to 915 million shares, representing a rise from 30.95% to 30.99% of the company. Meanwhile, Qu Jiguang, a director of the company, increased his holding from 1.264 billion shares to 1.266 billion shares, lifting his stake from 42.84% to 42.88%.

Innogene Biotech (02591) experienced a reduction in shareholding by three entities under the Cowin Capital umbrella. Cowin China Growth Fund II, L.P., Cowin Capital Investment II LTD, Cowin Capital Investment Limited, and Cowin Capital Investment III Limited each trimmed their positions from 17.7864 million shares to 14.4164 million shares, with the ownership percentage decreasing from 4.23% to 3.43%.

Zhisheng Group Holdings (01539) recorded a marginal increase in the stake held by Huang Wenhui, which moved from 54.50% to 54.51%, although the total number of shares remained at 1.929 billion.

Gushengtang (02273) saw Tu Zhiliang slightly increase his holding from 82.0934 million shares to 82.1034 million shares, keeping his ownership percentage steady at 35.03%.
