Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosures reveal that on March 23, Shanghai Jinshangbo Enterprise Services Co., Ltd. acquired 21,618,533,333 shares in GOME RETAIL at a price of HK$0.015 per share, amounting to a total transaction value of roughly HK$324 million.
Following this acquisition, the firm's latest shareholding has reached approximately 21.619 billion shares, corresponding to a new ownership stake of 29.61%.
