思考乐教育集团（01769）于2026年2月3日发布截至2026年1月31日的股份变动月报表。报告显示，公司本月并无新发行股份与注销动作，已发行普通股总数仍为673,781,050股。
公司注册股本维持在1,000,000,000股普通股，面值每股0.001美元，注册股本总额1,000,000美元。截至月末，本月无增减发行或库存股份变化。不过，此前曾购回的1,000,000股尚未注销，故对已发行股本未造成净影响。
根据公告，公司现有两项股份期权计划：其一于2019年6月3日采纳，涉及18,615,950份期权；其二于2024年2月27日采纳，涉及30,563,500份期权。截至1月底，上述期权数量及潜在可发行股份均保持不变，月内无新增行使、授出或失效记录。
