归创通桥医疗科技股份有限公司（股票代码：02190）于2026年10月6日进行股份回购，合计购回5.3万股，占该公司本次回购前已发行股本约0.0161%，回购价格区间为每股21.38港元至21.88港元，总金额约114.86万港元。交易完成后，公司已发行股本仍为336,350,744股，其中库藏股数量由14,234,631股增至14,287,631股。
据悉，上述回购基于公司于2026年5月13日通过的回购授权，授权购回股份总数为32,715,311股。截至目前，公司累计已回购5,391,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股份总数约1.6096%。公司将于2026年11月5日之前暂停新股发行及库藏股出售或转让，且确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司《主板上市规则》和相关法律法规的要求。
