Soon Hock Enterprise reports 71% pre-sales at Stellar@Tampines industrial project

Soon Hock Enterprise Holding Limited said on Nov, 3 2025 that it had pre-sold 222 of the 311 strata-titled units at its nine-storey B2 industrial development, Stellar@Tampines, as of Oct, 31 2025, representing about 71% of the units available for sale.

The tally rose from 168 units pre-sold as of Sep, 15 2025. In addition, options to purchase covering 24 further units have been issued, each allowing buyers a three-week exercise period.

Stellar@Tampines offers a total saleable area of 49,558 square metres and carries an estimated gross development value of 326.5 million Singapore dollars. The development is targeting a partial Temporary Occupancy Permit by end 2025 and full TOP by Mar, 2026.

The project was named Top Industrial Development at the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards 2025, marking only the second time an industrial property has received this recognition.
