凌雄科技集团有限公司（02436）于2026年7月24日发布翌日披露报表，宣布当日在香港联交所场内回购普通股合计120,000股，拟将该等股份列作库存股份。
据公告披露，上述回购股份数量占公司回购前已发行股份的约0.0345%。回购每股价格介乎18.19港元至19.27港元，成交量加权平均购回价约18.5585港元，合计支付款项2,227,014港元（约222.70万港元）。本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数维持在353,259,000股，其中已发行股份（不包括库存股份）为347,516,400股，库存股份增至5,742,600股。
此外，凌雄科技提及，该公司的股份购回授权于2026年6月5日获股东通过，可累计回购最多35,057,910股；目前累计在香港联交所等场内回购股份3,062,700股，占该授权总数约0.8736%。公司同时确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司的相关上市规则。
