Hitachi Ltd. (OTCPK: HTHIY) has agreed to acquire synvert, a German data and artificial intelligence services company, to strengthen its AI capabilities. The acquisition will complement Hitachi's existing service offerings and is expected to be completed by March 2026, pending regulatory approval.
