The Xingqing District branch of Yinchuan's Market Supervision Administration in Ningxia has recently rolled out a comprehensive initiative targeting the drone retail sector, combining legal education with hands-on inspections to tighten market oversight and support the safe growth of the low-altitude economy.

Under the banner of "legal training plus guided inspections," the authority conducted systematic sessions centered on key regulations, including the Product Quality Law, the Price Law, and the Interim Regulations on the Flight Management of Unmanned Aircraft. The training was designed around the actual needs of businesses, blending legal interpretation with real-world case studies and operational guidance. Core topics covered included producer quality responsibilities, rules on clear price labeling, traceability in sales channels, and public disclosure of business qualifications. The goal was to clarify the bottom-line requirements on the regulatory side, helping operators accurately grasp their legal obligations, understand compliance standards, and learn how to correct shortcomings, thereby strengthening their daily awareness and capability in lawful operation.

During the inspection phase, the focus shifted to proactive guidance, service-first approaches, and targeted support. Applying four key standards—transparent licensing, sound internal systems, qualification verification, and orderly price display—regulators guided businesses on-site to establish proper incoming-goods inspection procedures. They also worked to perfect the "one machine, one code" sales and inventory ledger system, ensuring that product qualifications are verified upon purchase and that every item can be traced from source to destination, effectively guarding the market entry gate. Businesses were further required to strictly observe clear pricing rules by categorizing physical goods with appropriate price tags and menus, making all costs visible at a glance.

Through on-the-spot legal explanations and practical assistance, the regulators helped outlets refine their management frameworks, complete essential documentation, standardize pricing presentations, and maintain accurate records. In the district, all seven registered drone retailers were covered, achieving the stated goal of "inspect one, guide one, and bring one into compliance."

This initiative places a premium on prevention and service delivery. With full-coverage policy guidance and precise support, it assists operators in addressing internal management deficiencies and raising their compliance levels, thereby reinforcing the regulatory foundation of the drone retail sector. Moving forward, the Xingqing District bureau plans to deepen its educational outreach and support programs, intensify routine supervision and follow-up assistance, and encourage market participants to take the initiative in fulfilling their responsibilities. The ultimate objective is to foster a healthy, well-ordered drone market that advances in step with consumer rights protection.
