天福（开曼）控股有限公司（06868）7月8日发布自愿公告称，公司在2026年1月1日至2026年6月30日期间，未将香港上市所得款项注入其中国附属公司，并确认已全面遵守台湾两岸投资法规。
公告指出，根据相关法规，台湾投资者（包括个人及企业）通过其控制公司在中国进行直接或间接投资，须事先取得台湾投审会批准；若所有台湾投资者在单一中国实体中的累计投资金额不超过1百万美元，可在投资后6个月内向台湾投审会进行事后备案。
天福表示，公司拥有台湾创办人李瑞河、曾明顺及81位台湾原投资者。公司已承诺在各财务期间结束后每半年发布一次公告，披露台湾创办人及81位台湾原投资者是否就注入上市所得款项取得台湾投审会批文，并将继续与现有台湾投资者就备案或申报责任保持沟通。
截至公告日期，董事会成员包括执行董事李瑞河、李家麟、李国麟、范仁达及张红海；非执行董事曾明顺；独立非执行董事卢华威、李均雄及黄瑋。
