滔搏(06110)近日发布公告，建议派发截至2026年2月28日止年度的特别股息，每股派息0.12元人民币。该方案尚需提交2026年7月24日召开的股东大会审议批准。
根据公告，股息将按人民币1元兑1.1425港元的汇率，以每股0.1371港元进行实际派发。有关权益的关键日期安排如下：除净日为2026年8月3日；为符合获发股息资格，股份过户文件的最后递交时限为2026年8月4日下午4时30分；公司将于2026年8月5日至8月10日暂停办理股份过户登记，以8月10日为权益登记日。最终股息预计于2026年8月20日派付。
此次特别股息不涉及预扣所得税安排。
