2026年9月16日，新华文轩出版传媒股份有限公司（股票代码：00811）公告称，其于2026年9月15日与四川省学生资助管理中心签订《四川省2026-2027学年义务教育阶段学生免费教科书采购合同书》，合同金额预估为13.11亿元。
根据合同，四川省学生资助管理中心将在2026-2027学年向公司采购四川省义务教育阶段学生国家和省规定课程免费教科书。合同期限覆盖2026-2027学年，自双方签章之日起生效。
付款安排方面，合同约定在每学期开学后，公司完成配送并开具发票后，四川省学生资助管理中心将在15个工作日内支付当学期预计货款的70%。全部货物验收合格后，再于15个工作日内结清剩余款项。
公司表示，本次合同属于其出版发行主营业务的正常经营活动，继续作为四川省义务教育阶段免费教科书的供应方，有助于保持主营业务收入的稳定。公告同时披露，合同双方履约能力良好，未发现重大政策、法律或市场风险。
