本次股份发行完成后，公司已发行股本由10,785,092,597股增至10,785,098,597股，库藏股数量保持在63,212,000股不变，总股本增至10,848,310,597股。公司同时确认，本次股份发行已获董事会正式授权，通过所有相关上市规则和法律法规，并由公司秘书张颂仁签署。
