Zhong Ju Investment Announces Auditor Rebranding to “CLA Prism Hong Kong Limited”

Zhong Ju Investment Group Limited disclosed that its external auditor has adopted a new corporate identity. Effective 21 August 2026, the auditor’s English name changes from “Prism Hong Kong Limited” to “CLA Prism Hong Kong Limited,” while the Chinese name is updated from “栢淳會計師事務所有限公司” to “思立安栢淳會計師事務所有限公司.”
The adjustment, confirmed by the Board on 25 August 2026, is limited to the auditor’s naming and does not indicate any alteration to the existing audit engagement. The company’s executive directors are Law Hau Kit, Li Jianchang, Sun Haocheng and Yang Jian. Independent non-executive directors comprise Li Wai Keung, Li Weining, Liu Chenpeng and Yan Fei.
