中核国际有限公司公告显示，截至2025年12月31日止年度，营收预计将不少于约24.6亿港元，较2024年度的18.41亿港元同比增长约33.6%。毛利预计不低于2.6亿港元，高于上年度2.34亿港元，同比增幅约11.1%。在扣除相关费用后，2025年度归属股东净利润预计不少于1.9亿港元。
上年度（2024年度）中核国际有限公司整体归属股东的净利润为1.95亿港元，其中包含处置附属公司收益约0.23亿港元以及联营公司业绩份额约0.32亿港元。扣除这部分合计约0.55亿港元后，主要归属于铀交易业务的净利润约1.4亿港元。因此，与此口径相比，2025年度核心净利润预期增加不少于0.5亿港元，增幅约35.7%。
业务分项
公告显示，上述营收增长主要受铀贸易业务交易量提升带动，包括与独立第三方及持续关联交易的扩大。现货铀价格在2024年下半年至2025年度相对稳定，使公司在掌控风险的同时扩大了铀交易规模。2025年度铀贸易额还覆盖了从2024年度结转的铀产品需求，进一步推动相关业务营收和净利润增长。
