公告显示，此次回购股份尚未注销，截至2026年9月10日，公司已发行股本仍为3,325,821,519股，库藏股数目为0。根据2026年5月29日获股东大会通过的购回授权，该公司可回购最高325,833,448股，至今累计已回购15,774,000股，占上述授权通过当日已发行股本约0.4841%。
公司表示，上述回购活动符合香港联交所证券上市规则等相关法规。公告由联席公司秘书梁创顺签署。
