伟志控股（01305）2026年7月8日发布翌日披露报表称，公司于2026年7月7日于香港联交所场内回购普通股1.00万股，占当日回购前公司已发行股本约0.0046%，每股回购价为0.88港元，共耗资约0.88万港元。回购后，公司已发行股份数量降至216,844,000股，持作库藏股份增至2,881,000股，总发行股份数维持在219,725,000股。
根据公告，股东于2026年5月27日通过了股份购回授权，授权购回最多21,972,500股。截至目前，公司已根据该项授权在香港联交所或其他证券交易所合共回购2,881,000股，占授权购回上限的约13.1118%。资料显示，自回购当日起30天内，公司将不会发行新股或出售、转让任何库藏股份，除非取得联交所批准。
公司确认已遵守《香港联合交易所证券上市规则》及相关法例的规定。公告由公司秘书张伟雄先生签署。
