WAI KEE HOLD Announces Retirement of Long-Serving Independent Non-Executive Director

WAI KEE HOLD (00610) has announced that Dr. Wong Chi Ming, an independent non-executive director with over thirty years of service, has retired by rotation at the Annual General Meeting and did not stand for re-election in order to dedicate more time to other commitments. Following his retirement upon the conclusion of the AGM, he has also ceased to be a member of the Company's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee. Subsequent to the approval of the resolution appointing the Company's auditor, Crowe (HK) CPA Limited has been appointed as the Company's auditor until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
