2026年8月6日，七牛智能(02567)发布截至2026年7月31日的股份变动月报。报告显示，公司于报告期内总股本保持不变，未进行新增发行、购回或注销动作。截至7月末，公司已发行普通股2,003,520,275股、无库藏股，总股本与上月底持平。公司法定股本为5,000,000,000股，面值每股0.0001美元，合计注册股本500,000美元，未发生变动。
根据月报，七牛智能确认其当前公共持股量符合相关上市规则适用要求。在员工激励方面，公司首次公开发售前股份期权计划（于2013年1月14日采纳，并于2014年6月13日、2017年7月12日、2018年10月25日及2023年5月11日进行补充及修订）期末余量为101,447,556份期权，相较上月底减少88,119份期权。首次公开发售后购股权计划（于2024年9月25日采纳）当月未有股份变动，截至本月底可发行或转让的股份为199,664,447股。本月内并未因行使期权产生新股发行及资金流入。
