U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright stated that it is unlikely for oil prices to reach $200 per barrel due to conflict with Iran. He also mentioned that the government has not discussed a ban on refined fuel exports.
"I will not speculate on short-term trading, as it is more influenced by psychological factors than actual oil flows," he remarked.
Additionally, when asked whether the U.S. would impose a ban on refined fuel exports, Wright clarified that the Trump administration has not held any discussions on the matter.
