2026年9月18日，瓦普思瑞元宇宙有限公司（08093）公告称，根据董事会对集团截至2026年6月30日止年度（“2026财年”）未经审核综合全年业绩的初步评估，预计本公司拥有人应占亏损约2,900万港元至3,100万港元。相比之下，集团在截至2025年6月30日止年度（“2025财年”）录得本公司权益持有人应占亏损约2,000万港元。
公司指出，2026财年亏损同比扩大，主要原因为业务扩张导致员工人数大幅增加，进而推高了销售及行政费用。目前集团仍在编制2026财年未经审核综合全年业绩，相关数据尚未经核数师审计或审核委员会审阅。
集团计划于2026年9月30日公布2026财年全年业绩。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者审慎行事。
