根据公司公告，董事会宣布派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息，每股人民币0.17元。该决定尚待股东于2026年5月15日召开的股东大会上批准。
公告显示，本次股息除净日为2026年5月20日；股东如欲符合派息资格，须于2026年5月21日16时30分前递交股份过户文件。公司将于2026年5月22日至2026年5月28日暂停办理股份过户登记，2026年5月28日为记录日期。预期派息日期为2026年6月26日。
公告称，对于登记地址不在中国内地的非居民企业H股股东，公司将按10%的税率代扣代缴企业所得税；对于相关个人H股股东，一般按10%的税率代扣代缴股息的个人所得税。具体税款扣缴及办理流程以国家税务总局规定及适用税收协定（安排）为准。
公司董事会由执行董事李宝山先生、刘志刚先生、罗伟先生，非执行董事缪文彬先生、马福林先生、许丽洁女士，以及独立非执行董事张浩刚先生、谢晓东博士、朱青博士组成。
