积木集团有限公司(08187)8月5日公告，旗下间接全资附属公司Art Kingdom Limited已于2026年8月3日与帝丰贸易有限公司订立租赁协议，租赁位于香港九龙快富街2、2A–2C、4、4A、6号昌富大廈地下1D号铺(储物室)及快富街2–6号昌富大廈1楼全层(“该物业”)，用作集团一般零售店。
租期自2026年8月1日至2029年6月30日，包括首尾两日共35个月。根据协议，Art Kingdom需支付租金总额1,760,000港元，折合每月55,000港元，并于2026年8月1日至2026年10月31日享有三个月免租期。租金以外的政府地租、差饷及管理费须预先支付且不作扣减，全部由集团内部资源拨付。
根据香港财务报告准则第16号，集团将就该租约确认约1,480,000港元的使用权资产，该金额以租赁付款总额的现值(贴现率12.13%)并调整初始直接成本及估计修复成本后得出。
按香港联合交易所GEM上市规则计算，本次交易的适用百分比率高于5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易，已遵循第19章的申报及公告规定。
