EXCELLENCE CM released its 2025 performance report on the morning of March 28. According to the data, the company's revenue for 2025 was approximately 4.02 billion yuan, a decrease of 4.1% year-on-year. Excluding non-operational factors, revenue was approximately 4.12 billion yuan, representing an increase of 8.6%. After making sufficient impairment provisions and proactively releasing risks, the net profit attributable to shareholders was 103 million yuan, a decline of 67% compared to the previous year.

Xia Shigang, Head of the Financial Management Center at EXCELLENCE CM, stated during the earnings conference, "The decline in profit is part of an active process to eliminate inflated elements and strengthen our foundation. While impairment provisions indeed create short-term pressure on the financial statements, after undergoing a deep market adjustment, we can advance with a lighter load and achieve more sustainable and healthy performance."

By the end of 2025, EXCELLENCE CM's total provision for accounts receivable amounted to 450 million yuan, with a provision ratio of 22.3%. Xia Shigang further explained, "Amid the deep adjustments in the real estate cycle and the industry's cautious stance on receivables provisioning in recent years, we have increased the provision ratio based on the prudence principle. This aligns with the fundamental risk management assessment of the entire property services industry at this stage. Although it impacts short-term profits, our risk exposure is gradually narrowing, and cash flow has returned to a positive trend."

While consolidating its financial foundation, the company has continued to enhance its operational independence. In 2025, the proportion of revenue from related-party transactions at EXCELLENCE CM decreased from 9.9% the previous year to 7.6%. In selecting related-party business, the company reassessed projects' repayment capabilities, focusing on high-quality, repayable projects in regions like Shenzhen, and proactively terminated services for business with lower repayment expectations.

By the end of 2025, the total gross floor area under management by EXCELLENCE CM reached 78.27 million square meters, an increase of 8.4% year-on-year. Among this, the proportion of third-party managed area accounted for 63.6%, while the managed area in first-tier and new first-tier cities represented 76.5%. In 2025, revenue from third-party self-developed basic property services reached 1.98 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17.1%, maintaining double-digit growth for consecutive periods.

Yang Zhidong, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of EXCELLENCE CM, stated during the earnings conference that looking ahead to 2026, the core logic of the company's strategic direction focuses on organizational foundation, business growth, and value creation. Internally, the company will advance six key special projects, primarily centered on areas such as repayment collection, organizational transformation, cost reduction, digitalization benefits, and supply chain integration.
