Tycoon Group postpones circulars on JBM, Foci Distribution and Talent Smart connected-transaction cap revisions to 31 July 2026

Tycoon Group Holdings Limited announced on 10 July 2026 that the despatch of two shareholder circulars covering several connected-transaction matters will be delayed.

The circulars—one relating to the proposed revision of annual caps under the Distribution Agreements and the Foci Distribution Agreement with JBM Group, and the other concerning the proposed revision of annual caps under the 2025 Master Sale and Purchase Agreement with Talent Smart Group—were originally scheduled for release on or before 10 July 2026.

Management now expects both documents to be issued on or before 31 July 2026, citing the need for additional time to prepare and finalise the required information.

The announcement was authorised by Chairman, Executive Director and CEO Wong Ka Chun Michael on behalf of the Board. As at the announcement date, the Board consists of one executive director, five non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
