Remote-controlled lifting equipment is being assembled on-site. On August 21, workers were busy with wind power assembly operations on the flexible pulsation production line at the main assembly plant of Baotou Mingyang New Energy Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park.
Through intelligent and automated upgrades, the production line has slashed wind power assembly time from three days to just four hours, achieving an annual production capacity of 1,500 units. Orders are primarily coming from the northwest, north, and northeast regions of China, while also covering multiple new energy demonstration projects across Inner Mongolia.
At present, Baotou has gathered over 50 enterprises in the wind power equipment manufacturing industry chain, with a host machine parts localization rate of 85%. The city has essentially established a comprehensive industrial chain covering key components such as wind turbine mainframes, generators, gearboxes, and blades.
