重庆农村商业银行(03618)发布2025年度股东大会通告，董事会建议向全体股东派发2025年末期现金股息，每股派息0.11755元人民币（含税），合计派息总额13.35亿元人民币。该利润分配方案须提交2026年5月28日举行的年度股东大会审议批准。
若方案获批，H股股东的权益登记日预计为2026年6月15日，相关股份暂停办理过户登记的期间为2026年6月10日至6月15日。为符合收取股息资格，H股股东最迟须于2026年6月9日下午4时30分前向股份过户登记处提交过户文件。
根据公告，末期股息将以人民币计值，A股股东以人民币收取，H股股东可选择以人民币或港币收取股息。在代扣代缴税项方面，H股非居民企业股东将统一按10%税率代扣企业所得税；H股非居民个人股东将按所属国家与中国税收协定的不同税率代扣个人所得税；港股通内地个人股东及内地证券投资基金股东将按20%税率代扣个人所得税，内地企业股东则自行申报缴纳。此次派息安排尚待股东大会决议通过后方可生效。
