家乡互动科技有限公司（股票代码：03798）于2026年7月22日发布公告称，于当日通过香港联合交易所场内回购4万股普通股，占本次回购前已发行股份总数的约0.00317%。此次回购的每股价格区间在每股1.22港元至1.23港元之间，合计耗资约4.92万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数量由2026年7月21日的12.618975亿股减少至12.618575亿股，库存股份数量由2150.6万股增至2154.6万股，公司已发行股本（包括库存股份）总数仍为12.834035亿股。公司于2026年6月12日取得回购授权，可回购股份总数为1.2745095亿股，截至目前已根据该授权累计回购股份1265.2万股。
公司表示，以上回购行为已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规规定。公告由公司联席公司秘书吴介然签署。
