TIANJUDIHE postpones FY2025 annual report; trading to stay halted pending resumption conditions

Tianju Dihe (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (TIANJUDIHE) announced a delay in dispatching its annual report for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
