Bama Tea Co., Ltd. (Bama Tea) disclosed that it repurchased 20,000 H-shares on 6 October 2026, expanding its treasury stock position to 1.40 million shares.

The on-exchange transaction was executed within a price range of HKD 27.60–28.16, producing a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 27.88 per share and an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.56 million. Following the buyback, Bama Tea’s outstanding issued share count (excluding treasury shares) declined marginally by 0.02 % to 83.52 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 84.92 million because the repurchased stock was retained as treasury shares rather than cancelled.

The purchase was made under the company’s general mandate approved on 21 April 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 5.30 million shares. Including the latest transaction, Bama Tea has bought back 1.40 million shares under this mandate, representing 2.65 % of the issued share capital on the mandate’s grant date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Bama Tea is restricted from issuing, selling or transferring any new or treasury shares for 30 days following the repurchase, establishing a moratorium period that runs through 5 November 2026.

The board confirmed that all repurchase procedures complied with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations and relevant legal requirements.
