The conditions under the subscription agreement have all been fulfilled and the issuance was completed on January 12, 2026, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective agreements. A total of 50 million subscription shares have been formally allotted and issued to the subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.50 per share.
