翰思艾泰生物医药科技（武汉）股份有限公司（“翰思艾泰-B”，股票代码：03378）2026年5月20日发布翌日披露报表，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股2.60万股，约占回购前已发行股本的0.02%。每股回购价格介乎每股港币28.94至30.48港元，总金额为76.62万港元（折合港币766,172）。
\n\n 回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不含库藏股）数量变更为135,483,830股，库藏股数量上升至735,000股，合并后公司总已发行股数仍为136,218,830股。该回购事项基于公司于2026年2月12日通过的购回授权，授权总数为13,621,883股。截至目前，公司已累计回购735,000股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股本约0.54%。公司确认，本次股份回购已获董事会正式授权并严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
