回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数为254,478,640股，库藏股数量增至2,963,900股。购回授权于2025年6月20日获股东通过，公司可回购的股份总数为21,728,705股。截至本次交易，已根据购回授权合计回购2,963,900股，占获授权当日已发行股本的1.364%。
公司确认本次回购已遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及适用法规，且呈交联交所日期为2025年5月29日的说明函件所载资料并无重大变动。公告由联席公司秘书钟明辉签署。
