NET-A-GO TECH (01483) announced that Mr. Lam Ka Tak, Independent Non-Executive Director, has resigned from his position effective October 31, 2025, after serving nearly nine years. Following his resignation, Mr. Lam will no longer serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee.
