Central China Securities (01375) reported that its Board has nominated Wang Hui as a candidate for Independent Non-Executive Director in the seventh session of the Board. This appointment will take effect following approval by the upcoming Shareholders’ Meeting and will continue until the conclusion of the seventh session’s term. Wang Hui, born in 1979, is a doctoral candidate in accounting. His background includes serving as investment manager at Henan Hexie Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd., chief financial officer at Nanyang Pukang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Huaxin Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., and general manager at Shenzhen Huaxin Bainian Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. He currently serves as chief financial officer of China First Capital Group Limited (stock code: 01269) and as an independent non-executive director of Shenghui Cleanness Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 02521). Subject to Shareholders’ approval, Wang Hui will receive a fixed annual allowance of RMB100,000 (tax inclusive) and an assessment allowance of RMB50,000 (tax inclusive), with an additional RMB30,000 if serving as the chairman of a Board special committee.
Separately, the Board resolved on October 20, 2025, to appoint Hua Xinhui as deputy general manager and a member of the Executive Committee. Hua, born in 1984, holds a postgraduate degree and a master’s degree in management. He has previously worked at the Zhengzhou Branch of China CITIC Bank and its Head Office Investment Banking Department. From 2015 to 2025, he held multiple senior roles at Zhongyuan Bank, including deputy general manager of Investment Banking, general manager of Asset Management, president of Luohe Branch, and general manager of Corporate Finance.
