Lutech is a premier digital and artificial intelligence services provider in Italy and a key player in the European digital and AI services sector, offering comprehensive digital transformation solutions, from design and implementation to operational management, for businesses and institutions across various industries.
This strategic partnership signifies a major step for the group's data tokenization capabilities into overseas markets. It represents a significant breakthrough in the group's efforts to internationalize its TokenOS operating system and tokenized business model, as well as to participate in the development of global AI data infrastructure.
As outlined in the memorandum, the two parties will engage in the following strategic collaborations:
Firstly, they will jointly develop AI transformation solutions tailored for the European market. The collaboration will focus on creating solutions that adhere to EU data sovereignty principles and regulatory requirements. XUNCE will contribute its advanced real-time AI data infrastructure technology and technical support, while Lutech will provide its deep industry knowledge of the European market, local delivery capabilities, and expertise in EU regulatory compliance.

Thirdly, they will co-create a cross-border innovation ecosystem centered on AI and secure data infrastructure. By combining XUNCE's technological strengths in real-time AI data infrastructure with Lutech's professional capabilities in EU compliance and localized delivery, the two companies will jointly incubate secure, compliant, and trustworthy solutions that meet European AI requirements.
