Azúr a.s.发布公告称，KKCG Maritime原定于2026年2月9日或之前寄发对Ferretti S.p.A.（股份代号：09638.HK；EXM: YACHT）最多52,132,861股股份（占公司股本15.4%）的自愿附带条件部分公开收购要约文件，但因意大利法律要求需更多时间进行审核，KKCG Maritime已申请并获相关执法人员初步同意，将寄发截止日期延后至2026年3月3日。
根据此前于2026年1月19日及1月29日发布的通告及公告，KKCG Maritime基于香港收购守则规则8.2提出该项要约，并在提出要约后须在21天内寄发要约文件。公告指出，该收购要约的延迟并获得监管机构同意后，将在文件正式寄发后另行公布具体安排。
据悉，此次部分公开收购要约的财务顾问为新百利，KKCG Maritime及其母公司KKCG Group AG的董事会成员将共同及个别承担公告事项的准确性责任。后续进展将以公告形式进一步披露。
