浪潮数字企业(00596)于2026年7月7日公告，已在香港联交所场内回购8.6万股普通股，并暂定用于未来员工期权激励计划。本次回购每股价格为2.4港元，总金额约20.64万港元，占回购前公司已发行股本的约0.01%。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数量为1,217,435,831股，库存股份数增至4,420,000股，已发行股份总数仍为1,221,855,831股。根据此前于2026年6月17日通过的购回授权，公司最多可回购约1.22亿股，截至目前累计回购1,948,000股，尚可回购约1.20亿股。
公司确认所有回购行为和后续安排均严格遵守《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》和相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书邹波签署。
