ADICON HOLDINGS (09860) has announced that Mr. Wang Legang has been appointed as an executive director of the company, effective February 13, 2026. Mr. Wang, who has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of the group since August 15, 2025, will continue in these roles.
