HBM Holdings-B (02142) Posts First-Half Profit of $64.85M, Down 11.16% Year-on-Year

HBM Holdings-B (02142) has announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, reporting total revenue of $122 million, a 20.9% increase year-on-year. The company recorded a profit of $64.851 million during the period, reflecting an 11.16% decline compared to the prior year, with basic earnings per share standing at $0.08.

According to the company's statement, total revenue for the reporting period climbed to $122 million, up from $101 million in the first half of 2025. Revenue from molecular licensing and collaboration agreements rose to $113 million from $93.7 million, driven primarily by sustained strategic partnerships with leading global pharmaceutical firms and out-licensing deals for innovative products. Meanwhile, revenue from research services and technology licensing fees grew by 23.8% to $9.4 million, up from $7.6 million.

In December 2025, the company entered into a long-term global strategic collaboration and licensing agreement with Bristol-Myers Squibb to develop next-generation multispecific antibodies. Under the terms of the agreement, should Bristol-Myers Squibb elect to advance all potential programs, the company will receive aggregate payments of $90 million, along with development and commercial milestone payments of up to $1.035 billion, as well as tiered royalties.
