The agricultural sciences company reported an adjusted loss per share of $0.02, significantly better than the estimated loss of $0.33, representing a 93.94% beat. Revenue of $758.6 million also surpassed the $744.4 million forecast, despite a year-over-year decline. The company's adjusted EBITDA of $72 million came in well above estimates.
FMC reaffirmed its full-year 2026 outlook for revenue, adjusted EBITDA, adjusted EPS, and free cash flow. Management also announced the company is progressing with a board-authorized evaluation of strategic alternatives and targets approximately $1 billion in debt reduction for 2026, providing additional confidence to investors.
