Hangzhou Jiuyuan Genetic Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (JiuYuan Gene) disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return detailing a minor share repurchase executed on 25 June 2026.

• Transaction details ‒ Volume: 2,000 H shares ‒ Price: HKD 5.90 per share (single-price trade) ‒ Consideration: HKD 11,800 ‒ Repurchase method: On-market buy-back on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange ‒ Treatment: All repurchased shares were retained as treasury stock.

• Capital structure before and after the trade ‒ Issued shares (excluding treasury) decreased from 240.70 million to 240.70 million, reflecting a marginal 0.00083 % contraction. ‒ Treasury shares increased from 4.70 million to 4.70 million. ‒ Total issued shares, including treasury stock, remained unchanged at 245.40 million.

• Repurchase mandate utilisation ‒ Shareholder mandate dated 15 June 2026 authorises up to 24.15 million shares for buy-back. ‒ Cumulative repurchases under the mandate now stand at 817,800 shares, equivalent to 0.34 % of the company’s issued share base on the mandate date. ‒ In line with listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals until 25 July 2026.

The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable regulations of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and domestic requirements.
