Deep Source Plans Bye-law Amendments to Align with Bermuda Law and HKEX Rules

Deep Source Holdings Limited has announced proposed amendments to its existing bye-laws aimed at three main objectives: aligning the document with current Bermuda legislation and Hong Kong Listing Rules, introducing greater flexibility in conducting general meetings, and implementing ancillary housekeeping changes.

The revisions will be put to shareholders for approval by special resolution at the upcoming annual general meeting. A circular outlining the detailed changes and the AGM notice will be dispatched in due course.

As of the announcement date, the board comprises two executive directors (Jiang Jiang and Wu Lei), two non-executive directors (Ding Lin and Kang Jian) and three independent non-executive directors (Liu Song, Chan Lai Ping and Wong Hok Bun Mario).
