海隆控股有限公司（01623.HK）8月3日披露正面盈利预告称，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月将录得净利润约35.0百万元至55.0百万元，而上年同期净亏损约3.249亿元（即324.9百万元），实现由亏转盈。
公司表示，业绩改善主要原因包括： 1. 报告期内，油田服务板块中的油套管贸易业务及一体化钻完井技术服务收入较2025年同期增加； 2. 2026年上半年未出现2025年同期确认的329.3百万元（折合约3.293亿元）船舶一次性减值损失，该船舶已于2025年底出售。
海隆控股提示，其2026年中期业绩仍在最终确认过程中，上述数据基于董事会对未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，最终结果可能与当前预估存在差异。公司计划于2026年8月底前公布中期业绩公告，投资者在买卖公司证券时需保持审慎。
