BANKCOMM Maintains Over 30% Dividend Payout Ratio for 14 Consecutive Years

BANKCOMM held its 2025 performance briefing on March 27. Vice Chairman, Executive Director, and President Zhang Baojiang stated that the bank consistently prioritizes returns for its investors. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the bank distributed a cumulative cash dividend of 123.9 billion yuan to all shareholders. In the second half of this year, the bank will distribute the 2025 dividend to all shareholders, with the total dividend amounting to 32.3% of the net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders. This marks the 14th consecutive year that the dividend payout ratio has remained above 30%.

Zhang Baojiang mentioned that last year, the bank formulated a valuation enhancement plan. Through mechanism optimization, innovative methods, and diversified channels, the strategic results and unique advantages of BANKCOMM have become more tangible and recognizable, leading to greater recognition of the bank's investment value in the capital market.

"In the future, we will continue to excel in management and operations, continuously enhance value creation, and reward our investors with more robust performance and sustained, stable dividends," Zhang Baojiang said.
