Yunnan Water Investment Co., Limited will convene its annual general meeting (AGM) at 10:00 a.m. on 30 June 2026 in Kunming, Yunnan Province. Key resolutions up for shareholder approval are as follows:

• 2025 Performance and Reporting – Board report, auditor’s report and audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025. – Separate financial account report for 2025 and the full 2025 annual report.

• 2026 Forward-Looking Items – Financial budget for the year ending 31 December 2026. – Investment plan for 2026.

• Group-wide Guarantee Mandate (Special Resolution) – Authorisation for the Company and its onshore and offshore subsidiaries to provide guarantees for bank and other credit facilities up to a cumulative ceiling of RMB 2.00 billion from the approval date to the conclusion of the 2027 AGM. – The Board will be authorised to implement and allocate the guarantees within this limit.

Voting at the AGM will be conducted by poll. The register of members will be closed from 25 June 2026 to 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive); H-shareholders must lodge share transfer documents by 4:30 p.m. on 24 June 2026 to qualify for attendance and voting.
