According to the "Beijing Chaoyang" WeChat official account, the construction of Beijing's International Law-Business Integration Demonstration Zone represents a significant initiative for Beijing to further expand high-level opening-up and better serve and integrate into the new development paradigm. Currently, the Beijing CBD area has concentrated more than 30% of the city's legal service institutions, attracting the establishment of the International Commercial Arbitration Center (Beijing) physical platform and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre Beijing Representative Office. The area has also developed cooperation with Beijing Financial Court, Beijing Fourth Intermediate Court, Chaoyang Court, and Chaoyang District Procuratorate, establishing circuit trial mechanisms to provide comprehensive legal protection for enterprises.

Beijing CBD will focus on "concentrating quality legal resources, enhancing comprehensive service efficiency, facilitating smooth flow of key elements, and building law-business integration brands." The district aims to actively introduce and concentrate high-end pan-legal resources including circuit trials, arbitration, mediation, appraisal, notarization, legal investigation, and forensic accounting. It will accelerate the construction of a comprehensive service center for the law-business integration demonstration zone and establish circuit trial mechanisms with various specialized courts or tribunals to improve the quality and efficiency of legal and business service supply in Chaoyang District.

Meanwhile, the district will strengthen cross-sector coordination and functional platform construction, continuously optimizing service capabilities in key areas such as data circulation, cross-border finance, intellectual property protection, and foreign law investigation, to build a comprehensive, efficient, convenient, open and collaborative industrial ecosystem.

Leveraging platforms such as the China International Fair for Trade in Services and Beijing CBD Forum, the district will deepen international exchanges and cooperation in law-business integration, strengthen the cultivation of compound and high-level legal and business talents, and continuously enhance Chaoyang District's legal soft power and international influence.

In the future, Beijing CBD will create a number of characteristic buildings and areas featuring law-business integration, construct an industrial ecosystem that matches the functions of Beijing's Central Business District, develop replicable and promotable cases and innovative mechanisms in areas such as international commercial dispute resolution and international compliance management, and build a pioneering zone for integrated innovation development, a model zone for business environment reform, and a demonstration zone for supporting enterprise overseas expansion.
