Dmall Inc. (DMALL) has postponed the publication of its shareholder circular linked to the renewal of existing continuing connected transactions.

The document—covering details of the 2027 Wumei Retail Core Service Cloud Framework Agreement and the related proposed annual caps—was originally scheduled for release within 15 business days of the company’s 18 March 2026 announcement, setting an initial deadline of 13 April 2026. Management now expects to publish the circular on or before 30 April 2026, citing the need for additional time to prepare and finalise the required information.

The postponement was approved by the Board, which currently comprises one executive director (Mr. Zhang Feng), three non-executive directors (Mr. Curtis Alan Ferguson, Mr. Chen Zhiyu and Mr. Wang Zhenghao) and four independent non-executive directors (Dr. Hou Yang, Ms. Cai Lin, Dr. Mao Jiye and Mr. Li Wei).
