五矿地产有限公司（「五矿地产(230)」）与要约人June Glory International Limited日前联合宣布，根据公司法第99条所提呈的私有化建议已于2月9日举行的法院会议及股东特别大会上获正式通过。计划如于2026年2月27日（百慕达时间）生效，五矿地产(230)的股份将于2026年3月3日（星期二）下午四时正起在联交所撤销上市地位。股份在联交所买卖的最后时限为2026年2月10日（星期二）下午四时十分。
与此同时，公告显示，五矿地产(230)将自2026年3月2日（星期一）上午九时正起把每手买卖单位由2,000股更改为800,000股，惟须待私有化计划在2月27日（百慕达时间）生效后方可作实。公司方面指出，新每手买卖单位按现行上市规则项下的最大许可水平及相关指引厘定，以尽量减少私有化过程中的行政开支。公告并提及，该建议及有关计划能否落实尚须视乎所有条件达成或获豁免而定，股东及潜在投资者应审慎行事。
