根据财报显示，爱彼迎第三季度营收达41亿美元，同比增长9.7%，高于分析师预期的40.8亿美元。公司调整后EBITDA利润率达到50%，同样超过市场预期的49.9%。这一强劲业绩主要得益于国际市场的强劲需求，特别是拉丁美洲和亚太地区的预订量显著增长。报告期内，日本国内旅行的季度预订量增长了27%，印度的首次用户增长了50%。
此外，爱彼迎对未来的展望也提振了投资者信心。公司预计第四季度营收将达26.6亿至27.2亿美元，略高于华尔街预期的26.7亿美元。全年调整后EBITDA利润率预计将达到35%，高于此前预期的至少34.5%。值得注意的是，公司还表示，预计自2026年开始，长期有效税率将因《一项美丽壮观法案》的实施而下降至中高十几，这一消息也为公司长期盈利能力提供了积极支撑。
