2026年7月23日，康聖環球基因技術有限公司（以下简称“康圣环球”，股票代码：09960）发布公告称，公司于2026年7月23日在香港联合交易所回购普通股3.6万股，占当日现有已发行股本约0.00348%。此次回购的每股价格在0.99港元至1.00港元之间，合计支付对价约3.58万港元。
回购完成后，康圣环球的已发行股本由1,033,189,140股下降至1,033,153,140股，库存股份相应增加至8,173,500股。根据此前于2026年6月5日通过的购回授权，公司可回购的股份总数为103,426,264股。截至本次回购，公司已根据该项授权累计回购1,109,500股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股本总数的约0.10727%。
公告同时披露，公司确认本次股份回购程序符合香港联合交易所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由执行董事、首席财务官兼公司秘书柴海節签署。
